About the role
We are on an exciting growth journey in the Nordics and our sales organization is transforming fast.
To support this, we are now looking for a Sales Enablement & Operations Manager Nordics – a critical role at the heart of our commercial performance.
This is not a traditional support role. This is a high impact position where you will work closely with sales leadership and teams across the Nordic countries to:
drive sales performance
translate data into action
enable teams to execute at a consistently high level
You will combine sales enablement, training, and coaching with data analysis, pipeline performance, and KPI tracking – ensuring that insights don’t just stay in dashboards, but turn into real business results.
Location: Stockholm / Oslo / Copenhagen / Helsinki (flexible)
Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Nordic
🎯Your mission
Your mission is straight forward – but demanding:
Enable the Nordic sales organization to perform at its best, every day.
You will play a key role in strengthening execution across our sales streams by:
identifying risks and opportunities in pipeline and performance
driving adoption of sales methodologies and playbooks
supporting managers and teams in turning insights into action
ensuring consistency, structure, and speed in how we sell
This means being highly present in the business – you will take on a hands on approach and work closely with leaders, teams, and daily execution.
🪄What you will do
Sales Enablement & Performance
Drive the adoption of sales methodologies, playbooks, and onboarding programs
Deliver and coordinate training across the Nordics
Support Sales Managers in coaching and performance development
Identify capability gaps and drive continuous upskilling
Leverage modern tools and AI-based learning solutions to scale enablement
Data, Insights & Execution
Analyze sales data, KPIs, and pipeline performance across the region
Translate insights into clear actions for Sales Managers and teams
Identify risk areas, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities
Support daily/weekly performance follow-ups with actionable insights
Drive KPI transparency and data-driven decision making
Sales Operations & Structure
Support effective use of CRM and sales tools across markets
Ensure data quality and consistency in reporting
Contribute to KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking
Support alignment between sales processes, incentives, and business goals
🧩Who you are
We believe you are a high-energy, hands-on, and analytical profile who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You are comfortable moving between strategic thinking, detailed analysis and hands-on execution and you enjoy being close to the business where things actually happen.
Your background likely includes:
Experience from Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Commercial Excellence
Strong experience working with sales teams, KPIs, and pipeline management
Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into concrete actions
Experience from structured and performance driven sales organizations
A background from international or larger organizations is a strong plus
You bring:
A proactive and driven mindset – you take ownership and move things forward
Strong analytical skills and business understanding
The ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels
Experience and confidence in working with CRM systems, dashboards, and sales data
Excellent communication skills in English and one Nordic language
